Understanding the company’s situation regarding waste management helps reduce the risks of administrative and criminal proceedings and protect the company’s image. The goal is to ensure compliance with Legislative Decree 152/2006 and the ISO 14001 Environmental Management System standard by establishing a preventive control system for environmental crimes provided for by Legislative Decree 231/2001.

Among the responsibilities of a waste producer, according to Legislative Decree 152/2006, is qualifying the providers of waste collection, recovery, disposal, trade, or brokerage services. We support companies in real-time document checks and monitoring of contractors and collection and disposal service providers (Environmental Managers Register, relevant categories – CER, transportation means used and license plates), in verifying the technical and organizational capabilities of service providers, and in checking the permits of recovery and disposal plants, their expiration dates, and admissible CER codes.
